Anshika joined the ProRank team a little over a year after our initial round of funding. Prior to joining, the product had a lot of functionality and had the appearance of being designed by engineers. I'd personally never encountered HCI before and while screening portfolios of prospective candidates to hire, Anshika's stood out as exceptional.

Anshika jumped right in early on and was turning over high quality experiences within a few days. In design meetings, she asked a lot of good questions was very receptive to the input, and fostered a collaborative environment with product amd engineering team members. Within 3 months, we were seeing a significant shift in how our clients and prospects were reacting to the platform. She found a great balance of rich feature with minimalist/easy to understand interactions. Her strong grasp of HCI, visual design, and geeky excitement on researching competitors was immensely valuable to ProRank's go-to-market and user adoption. I'm now an evangelist for the HCI approach and deeply appreciative of Anshika's contributions to ProRank.

Anshika is an excellent and innovative UX designer. We worked closely together to prototype a new and cutting edge design for a medical device. I was very impressed by Anshika's initiative in doing background research and self-education for this complex product. Her UI workflow analysis of existing market competitors was excellent. The designs she produced are clean and elegant. Her communication is good and her deliverables were on time. In addition to all of the above, Anshika is just a lovely and smart person.
